Regarding loft in industrial premises gala

Hi all,

I am having a gala in industrial estate and have full loft since last 20 years and paying loft taxes to BMC. But now one of the unknown person has complaint against my full loft to BMC in writing . And Bmc is now taking action against its complaint. 
So is there any way to settle this issue. As complainter is demanding more amount so am not preferring this. So apart from this is there any other option to settle this.

Yes , generally 3/4 loft is allowed but full loft is not allowed

Considering the length of usage period the only option is to request BMC to regularise the extra loft space against penalty. Otherwise BMC will order demolition of the extra space which may jeopardize the strength and stability of the entire structure.

Yes, you may apply for regularization. If not successful and demolition is ordered approach the Court of Law on the ground of such demotion being impossible without jeopardizing the whole structure.
