Registration of sale deed

I would like to discuss elaborately with my Colleagues  in detail as follows:

1) the Vendor has executed a sale deed along with the Form I for conveying the property with affidavit,

2) the vendor reached sub registrar office at around 5.00 PM. as there was more documents in queue and the time was very short, sale deed could not be registered due to the closing hours at 5.30 pm  the server got down, formalities of registration could not be completed.

3) thereafter the vendor assured the purchaser that he will come back after 3 days, but did not turn up, and the middle man is trying to take benefit if this situation and creating the problem, similarly the Vendor is also avoiding to come for registration of the Sale Deed.

4) The is demanding more money if not paid he is refusing to come.

5) I feel it is better to not call the Vendor in writing to appear for registration and complete the formalities failing which the Purchaser can approach the Court  seeking direction to registration with the presence of the Vendor or without the Vendor (thru Court Commissioner)

Kindly advise

When documents are with the office of sub-registrar. You need not worry. They do the registration as per their list wise. and call up the parties to sign in presence of sub-registrar. You can follow up with the officials at sub-registrar.
