We are making apartments in collaboration with builders on a plot which is in LAL DORA area. Builders are forcing us to make registry of plot if want to sale of flat in near future. My question is : Is it neccessary to make registry of plot to make resaleable of flats as it can also sale on GPA. However, negotiations are on whether to make registry or not. Please provide the useful advice in this regard because registry is too costly for us.
