Removal from prohibited property list

I have purchased a property from bank auction. Later I came to know that the porperty was in dispute. a 3rd party obtained hon'ble district court attachment on the same property saying the property owner cheated on him by taking money on the agreement of property sale. the hon'ble district court disposed the case saying the original owner should return the money with interest... but not mentioned anything about attachment of the property.

meanwhile I got registered the prperty on my name by approaching the hon'ble high court . But the property is still under prohibited list. It was not solved even after several applications to SRO and DRO. They saying to bring court order to get removed. I am perplexed why they are insisiting on seperate court order even after the completion of registration.. 

How to get the property removed from the prohibitted list? shall i approach district court to remove the attachment ? or impead in the previous case ( which was already disposed ) ? or need to approach the high court? please clarify ....

You may have to approach civil court with a suit to declare your title as per the registered title document in your favor and also seek direction to the sub registrar to remove the property from the prohibited list  by impleading the sub registrar as a necessary party to the suit.
