Removal of connection from private electric post

Hi,

here is the thing, for electricity connection for my home, we have built a private electric post on our land few years back(almost 5-10years). Our home is little far from the road and any public electricity post. The land near the road is owned by someone else. they didn't have any construction or what so ever but now they have constructed some walls. And in kerala to get a electricity connection, we need some kind of construction. Now, they have done some constrution and to get the electricity, they have used our private post which is not acceptable to us.The post is indeed next to thier land but on their land and also there is one public post also on the panchayat road which also on next to their land. The KSEB staff is saying that since the post is next to her land, they can take the connection from that post.

We also have proper document that the post is a private post and the road also.(Road from the main road to our home.)
Can anyone help me to know if what KSEB people is saying is correct or not and if not, then how can we get them remove/stop from taking connection from our post legally?

They are not going to liosten to you, it is better to get an injuction from court restraining them from using your privte  electricity pole.

Just serve a  legal notice first , and ask them to remove the outside connections being private pole, Just inform them if with a weeks time the wires were not removed they shall be liable to pay the monthly rent  to you and you shall charge amintenance cost too upon the.Issue Notice to Secratry power supply division/ power department maintenance wing too. Besides issue copy to your neighbour for they will be also liable to pay the rent for usage of a private post. JUst after that file a suit
