I have been staying in a rented appartment for the past 18 months. The initial rental agreement was for 11 months. Now I need to submit rental agreement to my employer (for 2012 - 13 FY) . As per the original rental agreement, the agreement is valid for 11 months (which ends by April 2012). Shall I submit the same rental agreement or do I need to renew the rental agreement? If I have to renew it what is the format and should it be in a stamp paper?
