Revision

The judgement debtor already been filed 1st appeal to the superior court and dismissed the 1st appeal by the superior court .

before 1st appeal one  FMAT also been filed in the high court for delaying the procedure of the executing court but withdrawn with the liberty to file appeal before appropriate court then came to file 1st appeal to superior court i.e district court .

In the above circumstances the judgement debtor can file the revision application? if can file then what are the preconditions and which court he will file revision application.

You can not curtail the right of any individual in filing cases or appeal or revision. It is the duty of court to decide the same  No appeal or revision lies agaisbt filing of appeal or revision by a person.
