Hi sir,
I am going to buy one flat in bangalore, which is under construction.By the chance the flat which i chossed that is allocated to one of the partner of the builder company.So they are telling me,since flat is allocated to one of the partner so you have to go an agreement with that partner and they will give me only sale agreement but that will tell also payment schedule and time of completion and construction is being done by so and so firm.
Now, i don't know whether this is ok or not and without construction agreement how the SBI bank will give the loan??
Please suggest me what should i do? should i make the deal or not?
