During the life time of Mother ( Title holder): NO One has forced share.
Mother can dispose her self acquired estate in anyone's favor, in her life time, by a valid deed.
If she deceases without disposing and leaving a valid WILL then 1st right on her estate is of: Husband, Sons, Daughters.......................
Thus from this prespective daughter has equal share.
