Hi,
I have a bungalow at vashi wherein part occupancy had been taken initially, however full occupancy was never taken in the past 20yrs. Lease deed from cidco is in my name. now I want to sell the property and though the house is there the buyer wants to break and rebuild the entire house. Do I still need to take full occupancy before selling or I can just sell and get it transferred to the new buyer and the new buyer takes new occupancy after rebuilding. Please advice
