Seal of photo registrar bangalore (south) ???

Hello Sir,

This matter belongs to Bangalore Sub registrar office,
I have one sale deed executed in 1997-98, In the last page of sale deed seal (stamp)  "Seal of Photo Registrar Bangalore (South) " is there instead of "Seal of Registrar Bangalore (South) ".

this seal deed have original signatures, thumb impressions other detail on the Stamp paper.

If any body have any Idea about this particular seal "Seal of Photo Registrar Bangalore (South) ". kindly let me know, in which circumstances , this seal is being used.

Thanks,
Sheo

The seal of sub-registrar office does not make any difference or in-validation of your sale deed.. You should have to verify the other particulars ie., number of papers, signature of vendor/s. attestors and seal and signatures  of the sub-registrar only.
