Dear Sir,
We have society of 8 building which has flat size varying from 800 sq. ft. to 1600 sq. ft. When we purchase flat builder collected Society Maintenance charge as per flat's area.
Now the society has formed and Society is asking Maintenance charge as per sq. ft. This maintenance charge will be utilised for common facilities for all building. But some people are asking for these charges should be equal as this will be used for common facilities.
My question is what law says on how to collect maintenance charges to be collected for society?
If you can help me on this with some legal document that will be great
