Due to the Telangana Land Survey, one of my friend raised request to update Form 1 B for his agricultural land which he has purchased in 2013.
He is the 3 rd owner, before him other 2 owners dont have Form 1 B.
In the sale deed the survey number is 119 AA and in the new Form 1 B it is 119 EE/1, Does he need to go for rectification in sale deed?
(For more clarity, Survey Number 119 has A, AA, A1, /A1, E, EE, E1, E2 each characher has some portion of land in the same survey number)
Village Revenue Officer confimed that they can not give the same survey number as per the sale deed. 119 AA survey number has already given to some other who has initiated the request first for Form 1 B.
