Trade Union

I am member of an UNREGISTERED Trade Union. The Fees charged are exhorbitant - Rs 1500 yearly. No receipts are given against the fees nor Audited Accounts are given to members. Please advice regarding any provisions for upper cap of Union Fees and the accountability of the Office bearers.

Please avoid to be a member of an unregistered union.

No way out because it is the only Union in my proffession. Secondly if I opt out they tend to harrass you. They do not even publish the Financial Accounts to the members. Inspit of my repeated request. Do you have a remedy to this sir? I want to get to the roots of this.
