Trespassing by the owner of the property?

My friend is in possession of the restaurant for last 10 years. During which he fought a legal battle for encroachment with the co-owner of the property. Yesterday after a decade the owner of the property forcefully entered the restaurant and clicked pictures during his absence. Is it good to file a criminal trespassing offence.

1. Why you are disturbed and concerned with family affairs of "others"? Concentrate on your studies.

2. Title and possession are two different connotations, you will have to help your "friend" to specify, which one of them is disputed?

3. Did you "friend" not consulted his/her lawyer contesting his/her case(s) for more than a decade?

Prima facie it is an academic and hypothetical story, if so, let your "friend" may consult his/her tutor.
