Please try to provide the answer as soon as possible as tomoorow i am paying the money to builder.
I am purchasing the flat in Pul pehladpur.
I think this area is under provisional-to be authorized colony.
Question:
1. I want to register POA, but as per my knowledge registration of POA is banned in delhi, Haryana & noida too.
what should i do in the current scenario?
Will signs of both party in register of notory can help?
Also please provide the list of doc i should get:
I am going to get following from the builder
1. POA
2. Will
3. Back chain
4. Reciept
please help urgently.
