Vacating seller from the property

Hi All,

I have purchased a property through property sale deed and have paid money in full dated back in 2010 from my wife grand mother. After selling she requested me to give some time to vacate the property as she is old women and her son is handicapped but he is working and earning around 4 to 5 k per month. Nearly 2.5 years went like this asking for some more time some more time, since she is old i gave her more reasonable time but now she is resisting to vacate and demanding money to vacate in the event of non payment her handicapped son said that he had hired some gundas they will take care of it.

They are literally threatning me kindly advice me as i am unable to counterfeit their attack or go to a lawyer and file a case as i am heavily debted on purchase of this property.

Kindly advice me how to vacate the people?

Issue legal notice u/s 106 of TP act by giving her 15 days time to vacate the house, if she failed then file a suit for possession/eviction
