I bought an under construction property and registered with stamp duty payment in February 2012. my builder took VAT @ 1% in Aug 2012.
I got possession in Aug 2012 only whereas in agreement it was June 2012.
Kindly give me the correct percentage of VAT tax levied to us.
Is it correct to impose VAT on us ?????????
