Please advice whethet input VAT can be claimed on "Man Tippers" used in the process of crushing and manufacturing of stone chips? please adive in context of WB VAT Act.
In the negative list of WB VAT it is mentioned that all automobiles including commercial vehicle, and two or three wheelers, and spare parts for repair and maintenance thereof are not eligible for input VAT except the registered dealer is in the business of dealing in such automobiles or spare parts.
So i just want to know that whether Man tipper would be considered as an automobiles or a plant or machinery for the manufacturing concern who use it fully for the manufacturing process?
