Problem case as below :
I am 22 now. As on today i have say Rs 5000.00 bank balance. At my age 55, i have a property worth of Rs 50 crores interms land, other etc. This is earned on my own not from anyone.
I have a son & daughter. At my last years, i will write a will document saying that after my death all above property should go to my grand son ie... my son's son. It should not go to my daughter because i did all formalitites to her.
In this case, if daughter raise case against the grandson, asking for share from her father's property. What could be the judgement ? Suggenstions please...
