138 NIA , accused did not paid money offer order

In a 138NIA case, before evidence, judge suggest for a mutual compromise, and accused agree for payment within 2 months.
Now two months over and
accused didn't pay as per the instructions.
Now please let me know What should be the next legal steps?
Bail cancel application ? or
Contemp of court application? or
application for cancellations of compromise order to reopen the case and go further as per NIA act?
or any other legal way to get back my hard earned money.
Thanks a lot.

If the accused did not honor the compromise agreement then the next step is to proceed as per law to prosecute him further in the case.

If the case is still before the trial court, you can proceed with the case from the stage you had reached just before the said agreement and lead your evidence to prove your accusations against the accused so as to get him convicted in your case.
