How can chalange a Haq tyagpatra (for parental property) in blood relation (if not registered) and if Haq tyagpatra is signed without information to signed person.

A valid release deed in respect of share in immovable property has to be registered. If it is unregistered and property is not mutated on its basis then, why to worry?
