Abroad study consultancy

I would like to start a new Educational abroad study consultancy in Kozhikode Kerala India

what all are the legal documentation i should do before starting this firm

Please guide me because I don't have any knowledge about the legal works to be done

I only know how to run a consultancy and the related works
