Kindly provide set of instructions to Adjudicate "Power Of Attorney".
My Borother (NRI) has provided POA to my father (Who resides in India) to execute Regiration of Apartment.We already have the ready POA executed in USA with Indian Embassy Seal.
Kindly guide me to adjudicate the same in Banaglore. The Apartment in in Bilekahalli Banaglore.
Can i get the adjudication done in Bnaglore without my father being present in Bangalore.
