Adoption case, need help

My parents adopted a girl child 18 years ago and now she is 18+ in age and married with her own choice without my parent’s consent. Now my parents have no contact with her and her husband, can she ask for her portion in my father’s property (house, gold and cash)?

If it is your father's self acquired property, then without going to decide the issue of whether she is a natural child or properly adopted child or otherwise, he can dispose off his property as he likes by executing a will.
