Adr

How do I learn the basics of ADR? Is there some standard way of doing so? I’m very much interested? Any suggestions.

Get Dr. Avtar Singh book on ADR and start reading.

Hello,

If you’re keen to gain information on the basics on ADR kindly go through this article,

https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/articles/student-notes-an-introduction-to-alternate-dispute-resolution-13360.asp

If your objective is to gain a wider perspective and practical knowledge, I suggest you do a course on the same, there are plenty of courses you can look up on the same. You can also do internships under lawyers and organisations who specialise in ADR.

This platform is meant for needy litigants and not for coaching.

It is advisable to consult your professor /tutor.
