after alter the charde new trail starts by session court

FIR no. 0001 registered against 6 accused under sections 323 and 325 and 308 and 148 and 149 of ipc..

before charge sheet present ni lower court.. all accused got anticipatry and regular bails by high court... court has been charge framed under same sections..

during trail proceeding.. public prosecuter move an application under section 216 for alter the charge with ipc 307.. this application accepted by court court.

This is my question

is applicant move an application for reject accused bails on that grounds -
1. some eyes witness do not come in court because the fear of accused.
2. Police have don't recover any weapon from accused
3. accused grant regular bail under section 308 of IPC and now case circumstances changed and charge framed under section 307 of IPC .. its a strong point to cancellation of bails
Can accused go to jail or not ..????
