1. Advocate Sudhir Kumar has given a legal basis why you should **not** meet your wife, the Plaintiff,.

2. Advocate galsober@yahoo.co.in has given a practical and realistic approach within the system you can take to co-operate with her desire to discuss settlement as well as protect yourself.

3. If her intentions are noble and truly towards working a settlement, she may be open to using the mediation cell.

If there is any resistance in using the court mediation, request the other party to provide in writing what is on their mind.

No harm in meeting her.  Give her a chance if she deserves one.  If she doesn't, go all out on war.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     30 January 2012

Repeated query.  You have been replied well. You are making another query.  I think you are also while being on bail, keen to meet the complainant privately, so that you bail could be easily cancelled and you sluimber in Jail throughout the trial.
