Agricultural lands partition

We are four brothers inherited agriculture lands from my elapsed mother. she inherited lands from her elapsed father. My brothers are creating problems for peaceful partition of agriculture lands and one of my brother entered most of lands in his pattadar passbook(revenue record). How can i approach civil court for partition of my lands and what procedure the civil court adopts for partition and if there is any injustice how long does it take for appeals because lands are bits and pieces like 2 acres , 3 acres etc.

what criminal action I can take on my brother who illegally entered lands in his revenue records

File a petition in the Court of Law for partition of ancestral property with required proofs.  Consult a local Lawyer who well versed with knowledge in the matter to file the petition.

You can challenge the pattadar pass book in the court. If challenged it has no value.U first obtain stay on the patta pass book so as not to sell to 3rd party.
