Hi, I own 50 cent agriculture land in Tamil Nadu and I am planning to sell 10 cent of my land to Person A. The sale deed mentions only the area 10 cent land and does not mention the length and breadth of land being sold to Person A. After sale deed registration, person A will get patta and FMB sketch by surveyor to prepare land dimensions for this 10 cent land and for my remaining land. Is this process correct? Will there be any legal problems in the future?
