Ancestor property

Hi All,

A = Grandfather mother (Great grandmother)

B= Grandfather

C= Father

D= Grand daughter (Great Granddaughter) Single Child

My Query is :

A transfer her property  (not known whether its self aquired or not) to B and her sons in her will (died in 2007-08). D was about 1-2 year old at the time A died. B has not transfer this property to anyone.

My Query:

1. Is D has any right on such property.

2. Can B transfer this property to anyone without informing D.

Thanks in Advance.

The property of grand father becomes self earned so he need not inform D and he can transfer his property to anyone.
