Annulment of marriage for hiding caste , cruelty & desertion

Dear Experts,

Please Advise if wife (Divorcee) hides her actual caste before marriage and after marriage treat husband (Widower) and his child from first wife with cruelty and deserted them without any reasonable cause and all efforts by husband has failed and 2 years have elapsed then what is d way for husband ..can he apply for annulment of marriage..

Please advise.

petition based on feeble gounds may linger for eons together.

Has the wife obtained a Divorce decree from competent court ?

Dear Mr.Amit,

She had taken legal divorce and get married to widower and now she has deserted him for last two years and was cruel to husabnd all his nears and dears even slappad many times servant, son of husband from earlier wife and even husband (she broken finger of husband, cut his arm ,proofs are there) etc.

Before marriage she said that they are Banias but after marriage husband came to know that they are SC/Can he file for annulment of marriage or file divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion.
