I wish to seek some help regarding my situation, me and my wife got catholic wedding in the Philippines. Recently, I am working in Kuwait and found out that my 5 years mutually separated wife (not yet divorce) got second marraige in Kuwait but not registered in the Philippine Embassy. Now I wish to know if there is a way to file a case against them or is there any legal processes that may apply even if that second marriage is already divorced?
