Bond breach case against BSNL

HI,

Any lawyer who fought the case against the BSNL for breach of Bond agreement.

Any lawyer can contest for breach of contract, if he has knowledge of  basis fundamentals of Contract Act  and other related laws. No specific position of law in case any contract breach by any of the party in BSNL contract.
