I have purchsed a flat at Navi Mumbai on June 2010, at the time of agreement builder promise to tive posession on DEc 2010, but still he has not given posession also he has virtually stoped douing any finishing work on building. We have already paid 97% of agreement valu in Aug 2010.
Please guide what to do.

Sir,
We have purchased a flat 9 years ago. The building is 14 years old.
the builders has expired without dong the apartment deed.
In this case to whom does the terrace, Open Space and parking belong?
To the flat holders or builders heirs or to the owner of the land.
Does the builder have a right in his Will to give it to his sons?
Now the builders sons are not allowing the flat holders to use the terrace, in this case what should the flat holders do?

Just go through your purchase deed weather it ismentioned the flat along with propertionate land is there or not.
