It is nice to know that builder NOC is not required before formation of society. But builder generally obtains signatures of owners on society membership form at the time of handing over the possession of new flat. How to go about effecting changes in membership before formation of society when builder manages the affairs?
My follow up query is: Can the changes in the membership be done by society after its formation?
