Can a complaint be registered at Registrar of Society

A person who stays at a Cooperative housing society since 2010 and paid 1000rs as maintenance per month. Rarely paid after due date. Recently his society issued a notice against him stating that he has to pay a sum of Rs 60,000/- as maintenance. The person then requested for statement and found out that 9 entries are missing from the year 2015-2016 for which he had already paid and due to their inadequate record maintenance the principal and the interest got accumulated. Even after sending a legal notice, the society has not updated the statement and provided correct amount that he is liable to pay off. Can the person file a complaint against society and if yes then under what section as the non maintenance of books were in the year 2015-2016.
will the Registrar of Society entertain such matter?

Cooperative Societies Act is a State subject, whereas you did not mention which State do you belong ?

Your question inter alia,

"Can the person file a complaint against society and if yes then under what section as the non maintenance of books were in the year 2015-2016. will the Registrar of Society entertain such matter?"

is prima facie like an examination hall question paper, redraft and repost, if you have some real problem and want an obligation of experts
