Vague and hypothetical information can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige.

It will be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding, if there is some real problem.

Make such a petition before the court seeking for such permission and provide details of such sperm bank and it's address with a proposed date.  Let the court decide the issue in the pending case.

no stay covid came in between there is no stay ... he has contested the divorce..it is at pre admitting stage in the high court due to covud stay hasn't been granted ..divorce has been in her favour in both the judgements trial and district ..
