Can businesses refuse service to unvaccinated customers?

Hi, we are run a yoga studio and are planning to open it in Nov 2021. We posted a post stating that " Please note that the program is open for all nationals who are vaccinated." and now foreign women from the United Kingdom saying that this is medical discrimination. That this policy is a contravention of human and legal rights.  & it contravenes the Nuremberg code of informed consent and ethics. Simply put we can not be incentivizing vaccines.

I want to know if it is true? Is it some kind of criminal offense to not allowing unvaccinated people in our course? What kind of legal trouble we can get in if we refuse to allow it.

The right of admission is always in the hands of the service provider.

The condition is a violation of right to equality. However, private service providers can have their conditions. If legally challenged, you need to justify.
