I am a person living in this house for nearly 10-11 years. This house was constructed by my maternal grand father, and after his death in 2000 it was transferred to my maternal uncle's name. He is now planning to sell it. If i offer him the money which is being offered by others in the reality market. and if he denies to sell the property to me in any case. can i obtain a stay order on the sale to other? As per my knowledge i am not in the HUF as per hindu laws, but my mother is. in which law, which section and which sub-section can i get relief under? pls guide
