Can I sue the Political Party if I receive a Campaign msg or E-Mail?

Can I sue the Political Party if I receive a Campaign msg or E-Mail from them? It is the infringement of Priacy. I have registered my mob number with "do not disturb" even if I get msg then I can take action against the operator likewise if I get any sms or E-Mail can I sue the Political Party?

Receiver of unsolicited SMS or Emails or Postal Mails or Phone Calls, are not entitled for any relief under the present laws like Law of Torts, Contract Acts etc...   and neither it comes under Deficiency of Service with the parameters of Consumer Protection Act.

The Do-Not-Distrub service of telephone companies are literally nothing but an Eye-Wash.  The telephone operators may rarely get fined, but the consumer does not get any relief or compensation.

The Political party campaign messages do not constitute "infringement of Privacy"
