I have a problem as follows........... My father was expired when i am in 4th class my uncle was taking care of me he is no more... in the school records, he was(uncle) entered as my father and its continued, even in SSC degree certificates too.due to our ignorance . we didnt realize the imporatnce of that at that time. i applied to related dipartments for change of surname and father name . they issued Annexure II , with that i applied for Andhra Pradesh Gazette notification . it is published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette. with this i changed my surname and father name in PAN card and driving lis.. and other documents .
1. I want to chang surname and father name in school records(not yet tryed)
2. i tryed to change surname and father name in passport.....they are asking court order for this .....
please help me in this regard.................................
