Child free rights?

who has a right for children?

One of my brother married 6 years back.
and was happy with his married life.

my brother Don't want kids.
and his wife wan't to have kids.

according to LAW was there as compulsory
right to have childern after marriage?

No, It can't be termed as mental cruelty. Its nothing but a simple misunderstanding. No law can compel a couple to have/haven't kids. Marriage can't guarantee a spouse to have kid. Of course denial to have kid from either part, must have justification.

My brother wife want to file DV act  on this grounds.would this be consider on 498a section.

Actually my brother  suffering with allergitic infection on whole body,causing his

children will be suffered with the same issue.

Why not go for adoption of Cute babies and spending time in their upbringing instead of running around court for years ???

No one in this world who got married will not think for kids is impossible in my opinion.

Secondly why he got married when he was having allergitic infection on whole body?
