1. Can I file a Civil defamation case in the Hon'ble Delhi High Court under Order 7 Rule 1 directly?
2. How much amount should I mention in the defamation petition? How it will be calculated?
3. Pls provide a sample Defamation petition if anybody has one.

If the pecuniary limit towards the compensation amount in the proposed defamation civil suit is beyond the district court, then you can file the suit before high court directly and not otherwise.
There is no straight jacke formula to calculate the compensation amount to be claimed in the proposed civil defamation suit.
You can decide based on the nature of occurrence and cause of action
