  1. Talk to Your Employer: Before filing a formal complaint, try discussing the issue with your boss or someone in the human resources department. See if you can resolve the matter internally.

The facts posted do not suggest any cause for making any complaint. Acceeding to your request is at the discretion of the managment. You cannot claim any right to be shifted to another internal movement job at your convenience.

it's not a matter of convenience...it's the supervisor in the team she doesn't want tenure employee in the team and does harassment..act she is the company boss and though join ten months back and all HR and senior manager also don't support..after complaing... I want job

If you are harassed for no reason and any injustice done to you or have been forced to resign then you can take a legal route to resolve this problem, by first issuing a legal notice to the company citing all the problems you are forced to face and the difficulties you are made to suffer for no fault of yours and demand jsutice.

Failing to respond to the legal notice you may proceed through labor court as proposed by you, provided you are eligible to seek remedy under labor laws

How you are concerned with the problem of CEO and HR of the company as they are stated to have been forced to resign vis-a-vis your internal shifting / posting ?

Settle the issue(s) amicably, if any .
