Talk to Your Employer: Before filing a formal complaint, try discussing the issue with your boss or someone in the human resources department. See if you can resolve the matter internally.
P. Venu (Advocate) 20 June 2024
The facts posted do not suggest any cause for making any complaint. Acceeding to your request is at the discretion of the managment. You cannot claim any right to be shifted to another internal movement job at your convenience.

If you are harassed for no reason and any injustice done to you or have been forced to resign then you can take a legal route to resolve this problem, by first issuing a legal notice to the company citing all the problems you are forced to face and the difficulties you are made to suffer for no fault of yours and demand jsutice.
Failing to respond to the legal notice you may proceed through labor court as proposed by you, provided you are eligible to seek remedy under labor laws
