Please provide me the format of petition in session court , against a person who have given contradictory statements in different courts in the matters of divorce and 498.

Man dont try to be a doctor for your own disease. It could be dangerous for you only. Consult with a learned advocate/ legal practitioner in this regard. He would guide you with proper legal references.

Contradictory statements are not any substantiation offence. Nihar rightly said meet advocate or if litigation closed be calm and think future.
