A minimum notice period of 14 days must be given to all members before the AGM. The day of issuing the notice and the day of the AGM are excluded while computing the 14 days.

You can protest and object to it and can make a complaint to the registrar concerned about the illegal and arrogant attitude of the mangement committee and request for cancellation of the proposed AGM for not following the rules or procedures as laid down in the bylaws of the housing society

Even in extraordinary urgent general body meetings, a minimum of 7 days' notice shall be given.  Hence you can object to not observing the procedure.
