Correction of error in the fmb sketch.

I have purchased a plot in Neelangarai Chennai in 2004. According to the sale deed, Registration Documents and ECC, the measurements of the site are as follows:
North: 61'1" (18.6 M)
South: 57'4" (17.4M)
East: 112' 0" (34.1 M)
West: 107'5" (32.80 M)
But as per the FMB sketch issued by the VAO and Tahsildar, the North side measurement has been mentioned as 11.6 M which results in loss of considerable area of the plot.
How can I get the error in the FMB sketch corrected? Because no problem should be there for any buyer of this plot from me.
Can anybody help me out in this regard?

Show the document to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

You can file a Writ of mandamus in high court for wrong FMB.

Mandamus. 'Mandamus' means 'we command'. It is issued by the Court to direct a public authority to perform the legal duties which it has not or refused to perform. It can be issued by the Court against a public official, public corporation, tribunal, inferior court or the government.

You need to to apprach the Survey authorities and get the boundaries fixed after reconciling the revenue and survey records.

My question is very simple and I would like to know your valued opinion of the same. There are 6 grounds owned by brothers, the sale deed reflects 6 grounds, where as the FMB sketch shows a considerable shortfall in both the land/s. I am given to understand the the FMB CANNOT ever be modified??? Is my understanding correct? Or can it be ammended to read the correct value as per the Sale deed? Thank you.
