Court commission process

Sir,Seller sold 200 sq yards with pahani patta passbook of servey number  492 but intensiollay shown plot at other location servey number 999.

When applied for servey of land in MRO office  ,serviour he  not responding from 2 months

I want to file for court commission to do servey of land and file for correction of boundaries and location through Section 26 of Specific Relief Act, 1963

Question:How much it takes for  court commission to do servey of land and  correction of boundaries and location through Section 26 of Specific Relief Act, 1963.Please advice

1. It appears that you are from the state of Telangana.  Issue a notice under CP Act to MRO and demand survey of the land within 15 days and inform him that you have to file a complaint before District consumer forum for deficiency fo services as MRO has collected such fees and failed to complete the services within time frame stated under Citizen charter..  (MRO is concerned with revenue land whereas you are stating of a residential plot of 200 yards with pahani, patta passbook etc.,)

2.No one can be certain on time taken by commission and court, as it all depends on the competency of your advocate in getting those orders and the surveyor of his choice.

3. You can also issue a legal notice to seller demanding explanation for his cheating and threaten that you have to file a police complaint about cheating.

The words to be used is "Survey"  "Surveyor"
