I filed a criminal case with 494 IPC in 2021 but not attending court and in USA., Accused's father via GPA of ACCUSED got certified copy of case and went to high court in 2021 for quash but high court not quashed 494 IPC and then Accused not coming to india.
I went to high court in July 2023 for speedy disposal in 6 months but the lower court said we cant start trial since accused not attended court
Can you please help what I need to do to start trail

The trial court cannot commence trial in the ase if the accused has not appered before court.
The trial court may issue non bailable warrant or even a look out circular on request from your side because this is private criminal complaint.
Thus you may have to wait for the time to answer.

The accused father and her advocate are bargaining in open court to stop trail and the Judge making me roam around court thinking that at some point of time, I will stop coming to court

What do you mean by the term 'bargaining' before open court?
The court will proceed as per law and not on anyone's fancies and whims.
In this type of circumstance you may have to wait or get dissuaded
